1. What is the difference between a "Customer" and "An Associate"?

One who pays for the package is a Customer, any customer who wishes to promote the package by selling the same and Earn Commission Incentive from the company is "An Associate" or "Independent Distributor" or "Independent Contractor". Please read the associate agreement for further information.

2. What is the Validity of the chosen Package ?

The Subscriber ID is valid for Two year and One month from date of Online Registration from your last Incentive Check or from Date of Expiry of the Package.

3. What does the Unlimited access in the Classiqui Virtual Package mean?

The user can enjoy Unlimited Access to all the services offered under the Virtual Package which includes Downloads, Study material, Exam Alerts for Personal, Non Commercial or Non Distribution Use, during the validity of the Package.

4. What happens after the Expiry of the Package?

The Subscriber ID is valid for 2 Years and 1 month, from the last Date of Incentive, or the Package Expiry whichever is earlier. The subscriber can keep his ID active by buying another Qualifying Package or earning an incentive by making a sale, to keep his ID active, failing which his ID may be deleted and all benefits associated with the same shall be lost forever without any obligation on the part of the company and its associates.

5. What happens if my ID is deleted?

Once deleted the ID cannot be restored. It is better to register afresh and begin a new relation with the company.

6. What is the business Opportunity, and how much does it cost?

The business opportunity is an Optional opportunity to earn referral commission incentives by promoting the package amongst likeminded people anywhere around the world. Many customers avail this opportunity and some of them adopt is as a full time career. It all depends on your level of commitment

7. What is renewal, how does that effect me?

Currently, There are no renewals in the company. All sales are treated fresh. All IDs valid until deleted/Void/Suspended or terminated.

8. How many packages can an Individual purchase?

Each Individual is recommended to purchase one package only, However number of package is individual client requirement and his decision to choose. The company based on the needs of the clients have identified /bundled packages as below, which may change from time to time. Individual Package for 1 User Family pack.

  • Small Business as 03 Packages
  • Mid Size Business is as 07 user Packages.
  • Institutional Packages for 50 sales and above Trial Packages for Trial Users
  • Charity Package for Handicapped, Widows Promotional Packages for School /College Principal, HODs, and IT heads

All these packages can be in one name, for the incentive commissions to be paid, in case they choose to avail the optional business opportunity

9. I have Friends in US, and UK, who are interested in using the desired package, How can I introduce them to the package and what are the benefits for the same?

They can see the showcase part of the package free of cost, or register themselves as a trial user. You may also share your username and password with them if you trust them, to enable them the to see the product and associated benefits, once they are convinced of the quality and standards, Use your Customer name and ID number to refer them to the program. For details on registration, please follow the instructions as mentioned in "Register now"

10. Can anyone buy the Classiqui Packages anywhere in the world?

Yes, Classiqui offers its Virtual packages to subscribers around the world.

11. What are the qualifying criteria to earn incentive commissions?

Each desiring user must do One sale of the chosen Program on each side, that means 02 sales in total, personally, using his username and ID number, to qualify as an Independent Partner/Associate and earn commission and incentives. He shall be compensated using the multilevel marketing system adopted by the company for all sales (direct or indirect) falling within his network on achieving all targets.

12. What is the protection that my business node shall not be transferred/ terminated once I start making money?

The company has follow the computer based system for creating automatic IDs, and non biased judgements. If you do not deviate from the terms and conditions and agreements, you have nothing to worry about. Most of the people are associated with us since the beginning of their joining. Payment calculation is done through computer software, which calculates and disburses as per payment cycle, with least human intervention

13. Can I will fully transfer/sell my business node and package to someone else, and how?

Yes, you may sell/transfer the package/business node to anyone in your region. Typically it is your upline/sponsor's first right to buy the business in case you are selling it, in case of immediate family transfer, there is no such restriction. One may send the respective forms/documents to his regional office to do the needful. An administrative fee of Rs.1000/- or 2% of the annual income, whichever is higher applies for such a transfer.

14. What happens to the business node in case of the death of the original independent contractor, associate?

In case of a death of an earning Independent Associate, the business node is automatically transferred to the legal heir. Official documentation as approved by the country of the origin of the user must be sent in order to do the same. Charges of INR.1000 apply for transfer of the business node.

15. Can I be suspended or terminated from the program?

Yes, One can be suspended or terminated from the program upon breach of user agreement, or associate agreement governing the use of the package

16. How will I come to know how much incentive I have made in this week?

INDIAN users get an SMS on their registered mobile. Upon logging to the your respective website, using your username and password, the welcome page displays many options to choose from, you may choose payment status to see the incentive that you may have earned. Information is displayed.

17. How will I be able to see growth of my network?

Upon logging to the your respective website, using your username and password, the welcome page displays many options to choose from, you may choose check your status to see your network downline, you can go as deep as you like in your growth to check the same. You cannot see your upline or cross line. Please see the associate agreement to find more about network policies, do's and don'ts applicable

18. How will the company support me while I organize a big seminar?

The company can, if it is an open meeting/seminar publicize the same on the regional website under the seminars section giving details provided by you. One is advised to keep a nominal entry ticket to the same to cover expenses. One is prohibited from making money by organizing seminars through expensive entry tickets.

19. Does the company offer training and presentation material and how can I order the same?

Classiqui offers a variety of training, and presentation material on building and promoting the program in your network. Material is made available in the form of books, CDs, DVDs, etc. One may order online at the company website under the promotional material category, pay using his/her e-wallet (incentive deduction facility). The same shall be dispatched to the user address listed with the company. Company presentation may be downloaded from the download center of the regional website free of cost.

20. Can I pay online using Credit Cards?

Yes, the company accept the use of online credit and debit cards for payment of customer packages. One can choose the desired product from www.classiqui.com

21. Can I pay using my incentive Commission for the services or product offered by the company?

Yes, you may pay through your incentive commission upon instructing the company that you wish to do so. This is termed as e-wallet service. The material shall be dispatched only if the said amount has been deducted from your incentive commission, likewise, the subscription ID that you have paid for shall only be activated once the said amount has been deducted

1. How much does one pay for the program? And how?

Payments are directed towards the office catering to the customer of the region. Different Region Customers Pay different price as per the economics of the same.

2. What is the refund policy of the company?

The subscription fee is not refundable, either in part or full after the lapse of 72 hours of date of registration of your subscription ID online, or the receipt of the money at the regional office, whichever is earlier. It is perceived that you have joined the program after being convinced about its features and benefits. 72 hours is given as a cooling off period after seeing a presentation/seminar or a demo in your area.

3. How can I send a wire transfer to the company for bulk payments?

Individuals/Institutions willing you send payment for the bulk purchase of the subscription packages may send wire transfer to the undersigned

Purpose :Subscription to Self Assessment Tool (Virtual Package)

Please give your name, address and Id number to your remitting bank which in-turn shall give you a confirmation after sending the payment to us in INDIA. There are some charges levied by the bank for wire transfer, please check with your remitting bank for the same. Send the confirmation Id to us via email

4. Are the sales done in INDIA and Nepal Included in the Commission Incentives Earned by the international Channel Partners?

The International distributors are only paid commissions on the international sales. They can promote the program in INDIA or Nepal but the sales done in these regions are not counted towards their incentives. This is because of the non convertibility of the local currencies for these regions, However they get paid for all qualifying sales in the international sales even if they are done by channel partners of these regions

5. Describe the process flow chart of the incentive calculation?

Incentive is calculated through payment cycle as displayed on message board. Normally ever Saturday closing depend upon the National Holiday. Payment is then locked and procedure for calculation of channel partner incentive begins, It takes about a day to process and complete all the procedures and verifications. Cooling period of 72 hrs are given before final calculation begins. Respective Reports are generated and sent to the banks.

6. Can I change my bank details? And how?

You can change the bank details by providing new bank details online and then confirming the same by sending an email to the c.care@classiqui.com. The minimum administration fee of Rs.300/- is required for the same.

7.How much can I earn from the other business node?

All business nodes are treated individually, they shall earn all eligible incentives like any other business node

8. Is there a deduction from my incentive and why?

Yes, there is an administrative charge of Rs.100/- per incentive commission deducted to take care of the necessary expense of calculating and disbursing your payment. In case withholding tax is applicable as per your region, then the same is also deducted and deposited with the respective government

9. Is there a ceiling on my earning from a business node? How much is it?

Yes, there is a cap of INR 75,0000/-, per business node per payment cycle

10. How can I get the incentives that I earn, credited directly into my account?

Update your bank details, scan and send your void check in which you need the incentives credited, to c.care@classiqui.com or scan and upload the same to website. Unless we have your bank information, we will not be effecting your incentive transfer

11. How does the earning as an Independent Contractor/associate affect my tax liability?

You are responsible for all your tax liabilities, the incentive commission is treated as additional income taxed as per the tax structure of your country. Please contact your financial advisor or accountant for the same. Individual cases, may be different depending the bracket they fall in

12. How does the earnings of a minor effect my tax liability?

There is no age limit set aside by any government around the world to pay taxes, as long as the income is coming is being earned by the minor in a legal manner ( the parent is not siphoning his income to the minor). In the classiqui's referral program working as an independent contractor, the minor can earn commission incentives and pay his/her own taxes as per the bracket. Alternatively, in case you can file the additional income generated by the minor as part of your income and pay taxes on the same. It is still recommended that one may consult the legal financial advisor and act upon his consultation for the same

1. What is e-learning /Online education/ Training?

Technically almost the same thing as they are a method of perusing the subject of one's choice to enhance thy skill and knowledge using the medium of internet.

2. What are online examinations?

Online examination is conducting a test online to measure the knowledge of the participants on a given topic. With online examination students can do the exam online, in their own time and with their own device, regardless where they life. You online need a browser and internet connection.

3. What is the recognition of the online certificates?

If the online examinations are taken in a controlled area, then the certificate for the same is valid like the original one. Infact, many trainings examination around the world are conducted online. Classiqui not providing online certificates.

4. What are e-books?

An eBook is an electronic version of a traditional print book that can be read by using a personal computer or by using an eBook reader

5. Where are the servers located? How safe is the data?

The public access servers are located in different locations in INDIA, and UK and are backed up once in a day. They are temporarily shut down for a few hours once in a while for maintenance. Our server upkeep record has been more than 99% and have lost not any data in almost 7 years of operations.

6. What do I do, my education is not working?

There could be 02 reasons for the same. We have not received your payment, this can be verified by logging on to the website and checking your status Your subscription has expired, the same may be subscribed to by paying the relevant fee to continue enjoy your services

7. What do I do, my connection broke, I was in middle of the exam?

While taking any exams, please write the unique ID number given on a reliable paper, to resume, go to the examination section and write this code, you shall be able to pick up the exam from where you left.
